Dr Mounzer uses heart centered listening skills, empathy, and compassion to establish a relationship with you the client, based on trust and respect. He keeps an open mind with reverence and acceptance, and challenges you to develop your maximum potential. He uses equanimity, empathic listening and reflective inquiry to assist you in generating meaningful and sustainable change.  

Confidentiality is the cornerstone of our practice and we follow the ICF (International Coach Federation) ethical guidelines.

Coaching is most effective when you shift your beliefs and release the fear to stay hopeful and productive. As a result the changes in your brain are real and permanent, lasting long after our conversation is over.

Mindfulness

In addition to being a certified coach, Dr Mounzer is a certified mindfulness teacher.

Mindfulness has been shown to change the structure of your brain, by increasing connections between Neurons, to increase empathy, motivation and sense of well-being, and decrease anxiety and stress. 

Mindfulness Practice includes: attending to the present moment, creating awareness, and designing actions in alignment with your values, to live your life with clarity, wisdom, and an open heart.
