MLP (Mindful Life Program) co-founder and author John Bruna joined forces with MLP Certified Teacher and author Assaad Mounzer, M.D., and designed this 6 session program to help you live a meaningful and fulfilling life. The four key areas of mindfulness empower us to be attentive to our thoughts, feelings and the environment with clarity and discernment. These skills help us to make mindful choices and act in ways that are in alignment with our values—choices that are both healthy and beneficial to ourselves and to those around us.
